I think it’s going well! I added more sweet and bottled~ looks so much clearer than it did last year and it really wasn’t difficult straining out the excess yeast- I really did have to add so much more sweet and I really think the one in the GT bottle might explode
I don’t really think that fermentation jar vs. brown bottle with airlock cap had much of a difference between the ways they brewed
