So the first burn out meal was too big so I took the rest of that (also refresher; E’s summer burnout delight is when I take all the leftovers from my fridge and add rice) and then added radishes and peas and cucs and just eggs and cilantro and garden basil
She made the tortillas herself with a corn and reg flour blend I believe? And then the insides were dehydrated mushrooms soaked with tempeh and jackfruit also shout out to the cilantro tomatillo sauce she made and the cashew sauce and the pickled radishes totally rock on such an awesome meal
